Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms apply to the use of prediqtsafe.nl and all pre-contract steps around the PrediqtSafe platform (early access, design-partner sign-ups, demo requests). A definitive agreement on the PrediqtSafe platform itself only exists once a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) are mutually signed.
- Visiting prediqtsafe.nl is free; signing up requires honest and accurate details.
- Content on the website is informational — not an offer, not a contract, not legal advice.
- A platform contract only arises upon signing the MSA + DPA — not from an early-access sign-up.
- Copyright & trademarks on the website are owned by PrediqtSafe; use requires permission except for quotation with source attribution.
- Liability for damage from use of the website is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
1. Scope
These terms apply to anyone who visits prediqtsafe.nl, fills in forms, or contacts us about the PrediqtSafe platform. By continuing on the website you accept these terms.
Actual delivery of the PrediqtSafe platform is governed by additional contractual terms in the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), signed per customer.
2. Early access is not a contract
Signing up for early access or the design-partner program is an expression of interest — not a mutual commitment. PrediqtSafe decides which organisations receive an offer based on fit with the pilot. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.
Only the signing of an MSA and DPA creates a platform contract. Until then, either party can withdraw at any time without compensation.
3. Accuracy of your information
When you fill in a form — early access, contact, demo request — you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make contact on behalf of your organisation. Incorrect or misleading submissions can lead to exclusion from the pilot.
4. Intellectual property
All content on prediqtsafe.nl — texts, designs, screenshots, illustrations, logos and the name PrediqtSafe — is owned by PrediqtSafe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may consult and share content with source attribution. Reuse of substantial parts, republication, modification of assets, or commercial use requires prior written permission via [email protected].
5. No legal or safety advice
The content on this website describes the PrediqtSafe platform and the regulation it aligns with. It is intended as explanation, not as legal advice, OSH advice, or a safety assessment for your specific situation.
For advice on your own situation, consult an occupational-health service, a lawyer, or another qualified advisor. PrediqtSafe is not liable for decisions you base on website content without your own research.
6. Website availability
We make every effort to keep the website continuously available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or incidents can cause temporary unavailability. Liability for consequential damage is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
PrediqtSafe is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from visiting or using prediqtsafe.nl, to the extent legally excludable. Liability for intent or wilful recklessness remains.
Liability within a signed MSA/DPA is regulated separately in that contract — not in these public terms.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands; parties first attempt to reach a resolution through mutual consultation.
9. Changes
These terms may be amended. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the page. We will clearly note any material changes; continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
